Safety First
As well as the obvious design improvements and increased space, the Santa Fe has also improved on its already exceptional safety features. The new car is lighter, stronger and roomier than ever and has the full complement of Hyundai SmartSenseâ„¢ safety technology.
Included in their SmartSense™ technology is Rear Cross-Traffic Collision-Avoidance Assist which is a Hyundai first. When reversing in areas where visibility is poor, the car will not only alert the driver but also apply the brakes – pretty cool stuff and super safe.
